Terms of Use
Rules for using LiftRank during Trusted Internal Alpha.
LiftRank early access
Effective and last updated: August 18, 2026. By creating an account or using LiftRank, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
LiftRank is currently operated by Daniel Kuna in the Slovak Republic. Privacy and data requests can be sent to emilnawowko@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
Alpha expectations
LiftRank is ready for trusted testing, not a finished commercial product.
Testers should report confusing or unsafe behavior, avoid placing secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in notes, and understand that fixes may change workflows while the core service is stabilized.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a LiftRank account. LiftRank currently does not support accounts for users under 16. Use LiftRank only if you are legally permitted to agree to these Terms, keep account access secure and do not share credentials.
Trusted Internal Alpha
LiftRank is an unfinished alpha service for invited testing. Features, calculations, rank standards, Premium grants and data structures may change. Testers should keep their own copy of information they cannot afford to lose.
Fitness and nutrition information
LiftRank provides tracking, calculations and gamification, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Nutrition targets, ranks and coach-style insights are informational estimates. Use your own judgment and qualified professional guidance when appropriate.
Training responsibility
You decide which exercises and loads to perform and remain responsible for safe technique, equipment, surroundings and stopping when training is unsafe. Do not rely on a rank or estimate as proof that a lift is appropriate for you.
Your content and data
You are responsible for information you enter, including notes, foods, feedback and avatar URLs. Do not submit unlawful content, another person's private data without authority, passwords, tokens or unnecessary medical details. LiftRank handles personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Public leaderboard
Leaderboard entries may publicly display username/display name, current profile bodyweight and lift performance fields used for ranks and ratios. Do not manipulate entries or impersonate another person. A visibility toggle is not available during alpha.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, disrupt or automate abusive traffic against LiftRank or its providers; bypass access controls; access another user's private data; spam food imports or feedback; or manipulate ranks, rewards or the leaderboard.
Premium and tester rewards
Current Premium access and badges may be granted manually for alpha, founder, coach or tester participation. LiftRank has no public paid subscription, checkout, auto-renewal, refund or cancellation system in this release. Manual grants may be corrected or revoked if issued in error or abused.
Feedback
You may send bug reports and ideas during alpha. You allow the operator to use that feedback to diagnose issues and improve LiftRank without owing compensation, while personal information in the report remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
LiftRank's software, branding, rank presentation and original content remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the alpha app; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
The alpha may be unavailable, contain errors or change without guaranteed notice. Features can be added, removed or reset where reasonably necessary for testing, security or maintenance. No uninterrupted service level is promised.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended for abuse, security attacks, fraud, repeated manipulation, legal requirements or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using LiftRank and request account/data deletion through the Privacy Policy process.
Disclaimers and liability
LiftRank is provided on an alpha and as-available basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator does not promise that calculations are error-free or suitable for a particular goal. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as LiftRank develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new date and, where appropriate, communicated to testers. Continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply, subject to mandatory law.
Legal review boundary
These Terms are tailored to Trusted Internal Alpha, not paid or public release.
A qualified legal review is still required before Closed Beta or commercial launch, especially for fitness/health-related data, international processing, consumer terms, paid Premium, cancellation and refund rules.
